What is Your MOQ?
Sansd offers OEM and ODM service.
For the XPE play mat our MOQ is 100pcs for the exist design.
For some unique design ( including individual color, size, logo, pattern, and printing), the MOQ will be 500 pcs.

Is there smell?
The XPE play mat almost has no taste.

How Can I get a Sample?
Free samples will be offered with regular color and size. Individual request on the samples have to be discussed for OEM project. You will be charged if there happens some extra cost when we make the your individual sample.
Besides, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping cost for the samples. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your carrier company account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
Or you can sent us the cost and we'll arrange the shipping with our carrier company agent.

What is the sample lead time?
For regular yoga mat, it takes 1-3 days even with your logo on.

What is the production lead time?
The quantity and the OEM request verifies the lead time.
Normally, it will take 7-20  days for regular order while it will take 15-20 days for your special request.

What files do you need if I want to do my own design?
For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format.
For printings, your origin design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate.
A mock-up picture will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.

What are your payment terms?
Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders.
100% payment by T/T, ****** trade insurance or Paypal before shipping for EXW orders.
