- Our Birken EVA slides and cork-bed sandals are tested and certified under REACH (EU), CPSIA (US), and ASTM F963 (global toy and footwear safety). All raw materials are 100% virgin EVA with zero recycled content. We provide official SGS or TUV lab test reports covering lead, formamide, and phthalate content. Reports are available for download upon inquiry. Our factory is ISO9001 certified and has passed on-site audits by China Supplier Assessment.
- What happens if we receive bulk goods with a defect rate above your guaranteed AQL standard?
- We commit to an AQL 2.5 major defect standard on all bulk orders. - Our Birken footwear molds are precision-machined to standard US Men 6 to 13, US Women 5 to 11, and EU 36 to 46 scales, with a dimensional tolerance of less than 1mm across the length and width. We provide a certified physical size chart (in mm) and digital fitting guide with every order. For first-time buyers, we strongly recommend ordering a pre-production size-set sample run across all planned SKUs before bulk production to eliminate sizing risk entirely.
